The Steamboat Grand has a great atmosphere with fantastic pools, hot tubs, and saunas that really enhance the stay. Unfortunately, the studio-style rooms leave a lot to be desired in terms of kitchen amenities and space. Additionally, during our stay, customer service felt inconsistent, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a mixed bag of positives and negatives.
